Roles and Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of training sessions and development initiatives for the site.
Organize training logistics, including schedules, participant communication, follow-up, attendance tracking, and documentation.
Maintain accurate training records and support compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely execution of training activities and follow-up on deliverables.
Compile, update, and analyze operational reports, dashboards, and training metrics to support decision-making.
Identify process gaps, operational risks, or execution issues and escalate them in a timely manner.
Support cross-functional learning initiatives and collaborate with HR, technical teams, and other functions as needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement actions that enhance learning operations efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for learning programs and special projects.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Learning Operations Leader.
Requirements and Qualifications
Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks and data handling.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
Good judgment and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced operational environment.
Comfortable working in a role with a significant administrative and operational component.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
