At Pigment, we take smart risks, celebrate bold ideas, and challenge the status quo—all while working as one team. If you're driven by innovation and ready to make an impact at scale, we’d love to hear from you.

We are seeking a Learning Operations Manager to help scale Pigment's customer, partner, and certification education ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of learning technology, education operations, certification programs, and partner enablement. You will own the operational foundation that enables customers and partners to successfully learn, certify, and grow their expertise on Pigment.

While you will serve as the primary administrator for our learning technology ecosystem, including our LMS and supporting learning tools, your success will ultimately be measured by program adoption, certification growth, learner engagement, and ecosystem development rather than platform administration alone.

Working closely with Professional Services, Partner Enablement, Customer Success, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help build the systems, processes, and programs that scale education across the entire Pigment ecosystem.

What You'll do:

Own Learning Operations and Program Delivery
  • Manage the operational execution of customer and partner education programs at scale.
  • Design and continuously improve operational workflows that reduce manual effort and increase program efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to automate learner communications, registrations, reminders, certifications, and reporting through AI-enabled workflows and platform automation.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and capabilities that improve learner support, program administration, and operational scalability.
  • Develop repeatable systems that allow education programs to grow without linear increases in administrative effort.
  • Drive Certification and Ecosystem Growth
  • Support the growth and adoption of Pigment certification programs across customers and partners.
  • Help develop certification pathways that support learner progression from foundational to advanced expertise.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive awareness, participation, and completion rates.
  • Support train-the-trainer initiatives that expand Pigment's education delivery capacity.
  • Contribute to the growth of the broader implementation talent ecosystem through scalable education programs.
  • Leverage AI-assisted engagement strategies to improve learner activation, certification completion, and program participation.
  • Use data and predictive insights to identify opportunities to improve learner progression through certification pathways.
  • Experiment with AI-enabled approaches for talent ecosystem growth and readiness.
  • Own Learning Technology and Systems
  • Serve as primary administrator for the LMS and supporting learning technologies.
  • Design scalable learning operations that combine platform capabilities, workflow automation, and AI-driven processes.
  • Build and maintain automations that reduce manual administration across enrollment, reporting, certifications, learner support, and content operations.
  • Partner with internal teams to integrate learning systems with business systems and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI capabilities that improve learning operations, personalization, content discoverability, and learner engagement.
  • Maintain governance, data quality, security, and platform integrity while continuously improving operational efficiency.
  • Measure, Analyze, and Improve
  • Use AI-powered analytics and reporting tools to identify trends in learner behavior, certification adoption, and program effectiveness.
  • Develop dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across Customer Education, Partner Enablement, and Customer Experience.
  • Leverage predictive and behavioral data to improve learner journeys and certification outcomes.
  • Continuously identify opportunities where automation and AI can improve operational performance and learner experience.
  • AI and Automation Mindset
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI, automation, or workflow orchestration tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong curiosity about emerging AI technologies and their application to learning, enablement, and program operations.
  • Proven ability to identify manual processes and redesign them into scalable, automated workflows.
  • Comfortable experimenting with new technologies and rapidly incorporating them into day-to-day operations.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms, AI copilots, or no-code automation tools is a strong advantage.

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of experience in learning operations, education programs, certification management, enablement operations, or related fields
  • Experience administering LMS platforms such as Docebo, Skilljar, Cornerstone, LearnUpon, or similar solutions

What We Do

In a world moving at an incredibly fast pace, businesses have grown accustomed to change. Transforming their business model, pivoting their strategy, rethinking their go-to-market, the list goes on. To enable these changes, they have also had to rethink the way they work. Breaking down silos isn’t a best practice anymore. It’s a given. And yet, when it comes to planning, little has changed. In fact, planning tools work the exact opposite way, reinforcing data and people silos, and preventing teams from working together toward their common goals. As a result, planning is usually seen as a dreadful process. But the truth is, planning drives strategy. It’s high time we serve it with the right tools. Pigment is the business planning platform for fast-growing companies. Our mission is to help companies make better, faster decisions in a changing world, and drive revenue growth. At Pigment we believe that: ✅ Real-time data informs better outcomes. Trim your sail, and make the best use of current winds. ✅ Reporting should be accurate, quick, and insightful. ✅ Planning should be simple, smooth, and delightful. ✅ Less time should be spent on data crunching, more time on bringing insights to the business. ✅ Collaboration should be at the heart of any planning process, so your organization works as one.
