Job DescriptionAs Learning Manager, you will be a role model and strategic partner in driving operational excellence across the hotel. From day one, you will shape the learning journey of our Team Members by designing and monitoring impactful development plans, delivering engaging training programmes, and embedding quality standards into daily operations. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring learning translates into consistent service excellence and operational efficiency. Working closely with the Property Leadership Team, you will provide insight and guidance to strengthen skills, behaviours, and capabilities that elevate performance, enhance guest satisfaction, and support the hotel’s long-term success.
Qualifications- College degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Previous experience of leadership in the area of Quality, L&D or similar.
- Knowledge of luxury hotel standards & experience in Training & Development.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
- Passion for leadership
