The Opportunity
Drive System Strategy: Serve as the global Technology PT Product Owner for Learning Management technologies (specifically Cornerstone on Demand), effectively translating complex business requirements into standardized technical solutions.
Manage Lifecycle & Governance: Direct the entire system lifecycle—including upgrades, system replacements, and retirements—while strictly adhering to established change management processes.
Shape Product Roadmaps: Partner closely with the Global Learning Solutions (GLS) team to define product vision, align roadmaps, manage feature backlogs, and prioritize system enhancements.
Ensure Compliance & Data Stewardship: Act as the dedicated Business Data Steward, ensuring unwavering GxP compliance, strict data governance, and adherence to global quality policies.
Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Mobilize and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams spanning global Learning departments, business stakeholders, IT partners, and validation functions.
Optimize Processes & Systems: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage deviations and CAPAs, and oversee master data validation within validated quality systems.
Govern the Learning Ecosystem: Manage the integration and structural nuances of the learning ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow, reporting, and interface connectivity across global manufacturing and commercial sites.
Who you are
You possess deep technical expertise: You bring 7+ years of experience in Learning Management technology and platform management—specifically Cornerstone on Demand—ideally with Roche Super Admin-level competency.
You are an expert in regulated environments: You possess a strong understanding of database management, data analytics, and software validation within validated or controlled pharmaceutical/healthcare environments (GMP, FDA, GxP).
You are strategically and academically qualified: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field (or an equivalent qualification like a Federal Diploma of Higher Education) combined with a proven track record in formulating long-term computer system strategies.
You are an Agile collaborator and communicator: You are highly skilled at utilizing Agile methodologies and possess exceptional communication skills to convey technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You are an advanced Cornerstone administrator: You have mastered creating dynamic groups, modifying training components, building complex Reporting 2.0 dashboards, and resolving system configuration errors efficiently.
You are a proactive problem solver: You possess a technical foundation paired with sharp business acumen, allowing you to troubleshoot intricate system issues, navigate escalation paths through ServiceNOW, and adapt setups to meet diverse site-specific needs.
You are a collaborative mentor and standard-setter: You are committed to sharing your knowledge by acting as a trainer or observer for specialized Cornerstone sessions and creating updated standard operating procedures based on new feature releases.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 115,328.00 and 151,368.00 of hiring range.
