The Learning Management Specialist position requires a background in sales, marketing, and clinical knowledge to play a pivotal role in our training and education initiatives. This position will work closely with the Inside Sales Manager to develop sales process training for each product and collaborate with the Clinical team to transform clinical content into engaging courses and lessons
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Develop and manage training content that integrates sales, marketing, and clinical perspectives.
- Partner with the Inside Sales Manager to create sales training programs for each product.
- Work with the Clinical team to build and structure educational courses around our product offerings.
- Design and build Digital Rooms in Highspot to provide external users with key content.
- Set up courses, modules, and learning paths within the LMS.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the LMS.
- Maintain system integrity and data accuracy.
- Assist in new hire sales orientation and training.
- Provide technical assistance and user support for LMS navigation and functionality.
To Succeed You Must Hold:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales Support.
- Science aptitude with technical writing skills.
- Passion for Functional Medicine and product education.
- Strong understanding of sales training processes and marketing strategy.
- Ability to create engaging and instructional course content.
- Experience in basic website design or content creation (preferably using Highspot or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and people skills to support users and facilitate training.
- Data analysis and reporting abilities to interpret learning metrics.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate training initiatives.
- Technical troubleshooting skills to ensure smooth LMS operation.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for learning and education.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive results.
CREDENTIALS
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Proficiency in Office 365, including PowerPoint.
- Experience with Highspot or willingness to learn.
- Experience in Asana or similar project management tools.
Location: Remote

Expected salary range: $70,000-- $90,000 + bonus
