- The Learning Lead supports HSN Fulfillment Centers, and guides training to ensure team members are equipped with the skills needed to perform at their personal best.
Where You'll Work
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- You will report to the Learning Manager.
- Schedules: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm and Tuesday - Friday 1:30pm - 12:00am
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging training for new hires, cross‑training, and ongoing development programs across the fulfillment center.
- Coach team members on performance expectations, provide feedback, and support their skill development on the floor.
- Develop training materials and maintain SOP's to reflect process changes, policy updates, and operational needs.
- Track training attendance, maintain learning documentation, and support data entry in employee management system.
- Partner with Learning Leadership, HR, EHS, and Operations to ensure onboarding, process communication, and training execution.
What You'll Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in a training, learning support, or instructional role, such as Learning Ambassador, Training Assistant, or similar.
- A high school diploma or equivalent combination of training.
- Experience coaching or supporting team members in an operational environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts based on training needs.
