Leads the strategic design and development of innovative, impactful learning experiences aligned with Veeam’s global priorities. The Learning Experience Designer partners with Program Managers, Stakeholders, and Sales Acceleration colleagues to assess training needs, recommend and develop learning solutions for a variety of delivery modalities, including digital, blended, microlearning, and social learning environments. Champions the integration of technology, data, and learner feedback to optimize learning effectiveness and engagement

Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, and produces a diverse range of enablement assets including microlearning, job aids, sales playbooks, virtual instructor-led training, classroom-based materials, eLearning, interactive video, and digital simulations using learner-centric and data-driven methodologies. 
  • Develops scalable, adaptable learning paths that address global strategies, support local deployment, and facilitate translation and localization with minimal effort.  
  • Applies principles of user experience (UX), accessibility, and inclusive design to sustain learner attention and drive engagement for all audiences. Collaborates closely with business leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders to conduct needs analyses, define success metrics, and ensure learning solutions align with business objectives.

  • Leverages analytics, learner feedback, and business data to iterate and improve learning programs, demonstrating measurable impact at multiple Kirkpatrick / Philips ROI levels. 
  • Champions the use and adoption of new learning technologies, digital platforms, and AI-driven tools to personalize, automate, and scale learning solutions. 
  • Manages project timelines, communicates progress, and ensures delivery of assigned learning projects on schedule. 
  • Acts as a learning consultant, offering strategic recommendations for learning, enablement, and certification initiatives. 
  • Facilitates workshops, focus groups, and user testing to inform and validate instructional design decisions. 
  • Stays current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in adult learning, digital transformation, and learning analytics. 
  • Performs other training and enablement duties as assigned.

Experience

  • Bachelorsdegree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field 
  • Proven experience designing digital learning, certification, and enablement programs using tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar. 
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI, learning analytics, and adaptive learning platforms in the design and delivery of learning solutions. 
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including experience engaging with executive stakeholders. 
  • Experience working with geographically and culturally diverse teams; multilingual skills are a plus. 
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, learner-centric design and measurable business outcomes. 
  • Experience with social/collaborative learning platforms, mobile learning, and gamification is highly desirable. 

Knowledge

  • Ability to analyze learning data, evaluate strategies, and recommend improvements to achieve business outcomes (demonstrated ability to assess Kirkpatrick Levels 1-3; Level 4 is a plus). 
  • Strong understanding of instructional and UX design principles, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and adult learning theory. 
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment. 
  • In-depth knowledge of IT technologies, cloud computing, and sales enablement best practices. 
  • Advanced proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Synthesia, Mighty, Canva, Captivate, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration platforms (Miro, Teams, Monday, etc.). 
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Gainsight, Galaxy, Sana), xAPI, SCORM, and LRS.

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.
