The role
We are seeking a talented Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to join the SoFi Technologies Talent Development team. This position will be responsible for designing and developing innovative, engaging content and curriculum for company-wide programs, including manager enablement, leadership development, performance and rewards, and employee experience.
What you’ll do:
- Design and develop learner-centered curriculum and content for various talent development programs, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles and organizational goals
- Create engaging, interactive e-learning modules and blended learning experiences using cutting-edge instructional design methodologies and tools
- Implement data-driven approaches to evaluate program effectiveness, leveraging analytics to inform continuous improvement of learning initiatives
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences, including managers and executives, using a variety of instructional techniques
- Collaborate with HR business partners, People Team Centers of Excellence and senior leadership to identify development needs and opportunities
- Contribute to change management strategies by developing targeted learning interventions that support organizational transformation
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design or Learning Sciences; or related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning experience design, with a proven track record of creating impactful learning programs in a global, corporate environment
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning theories, and e-learning best practices
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
