As a Learning Experience Designer at ServiceTitan, you’ll support the Learning Experience Team, Product and various customer-facing teams by editing and delivering engaging instructional content including video tutorials,  on-demand video content, short-form videos, and more.
Under the Learning Experience team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to provide edited content for contextual examples, fill knowledge gaps, and enable users to master complex tasks , to ensure that ServiceTitan users are well equipped to use the platform. Additionally, you’ll create engaging content that shares workflows, best practices, and tips and tricks, and assist with maintenance of existing content and motion graphics templates.

What you'll do:

  • Produce impactful content: Edit and deliver high quality video and self-paced content that promotes self-service and efficiency for our end-users and internal employees with customer-facing teams to create and/or edit recorded video content

  • Edit efficiently and effectively: Following Learning Experience Design guidelines, create and innovate with advanced video techniques, leveraging AI to break down complex workflows into easily digestible learning modules

  • Raise the bar: Collaborate with the Learning Experience team and internal stakeholders to ensure video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards 

What you'll need:

  • 2–4 years experience creating and editing instructional video content (software simulations a plus)

  • To thrive on quickly learning technical products and technologies and have an interest in translating that knowledge into innovative learning

  • Proficiency with Adobe suite or similar: including Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, 

  • Proficiency with Articulate 360 or related content authoring software

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with instructional design methods (ADDIE, etc.)

  • Experience with illustration/animation of 2d graphics (After Effects, Vyond, etc.)

  • Experience with creating and editing Motion Graphics Templates within Premiere and After Effects
