You will be responsible to:- Support the execution of Learning & Development processes (e.g., learning needs analysis, training design, and effectiveness measurement).
- Participate in L&D projects and initiatives with significant impact on business.
- Assist in creating training materials, modules, and e-learning content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging learning resources.
- Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading courses, tracking progress, and generating reports.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and learner support for technical issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by gathering and analyzing feedback.
- Participate in L&D projects and governance activities under supervision.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and in compliance with internal guidelines and safety standards.
- Recent graduate or final-year student in education/educational sciences, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Organizational Development, or related field
- Strong interest in Learning & Development and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with LMS or e-learning tools is a plus (not mandatory).
- Ability to work collaboratively and pay attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
