Job Opportunity – Learning & Development Specialist in Cincinnati, OH
Are you passionate about shaping the future of learning? We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to drive impactful training initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence outcomes and support the growth of both the company and its associates.
As the Learning & Development Specialist, you will be collaborating with various departments to evaluate training needs, design, and customize curricula and content in partnership with the Learning & Development Manager, and assess learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work seamlessly with team members of all departments and levels. Other requirements of this position include:
- Design & Develop: Create engaging training programs that align with business goals.
- Facilitate Learning: Lead interactive training sessions, both in-person and online.
- Collaborate: Work closely with HR and business leaders to assess needs and enhance employee performance.
- Manage Vendors: Coordinate with external training providers to ensure smooth program execution.
- Analyze Impact: Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Learning & Development, HR, Education, or related field.
- 4+ years in instructional design and/or facilitation.
- Experience in an educational institution complimented with L&D experience in a corporate environment.
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in learning technologies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
