Currently, the Littelfuse Talent Management Team is looking for an Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation of learning and leadership development programs across the organization, work closely with HR Partners and leaders, coordinate learning initiatives, and provide guidance on competency and talent management processes.
Lead and support the implementation of learning, leadership development, and talent management programs across the region
Work closely with HR Partners and local leaders to understand their needs and support the effective implementation of learning initiatives
Prepare and facilitate training sessions for HR Partners, leaders, and other regional stakeholders
Coordinate leadership development programs end-to-end, including participant nominations, cohort planning, communications, scheduling, attendance tracking, and program documentation
Develop and maintain training materials for HR Partners, managers, and regional stakeholders, ensuring content is clear, practical, and aligned with Littelfuse standards
Create and maintain program resources and learning communities, including Teams channels, SharePoint resources, forms, trackers, communication templates, and manager guides
Coordinate with external learning and development vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered effectively
Work with other HR functions and Talent Management teams to share best practices, gather feedback, and support improvements to existing programs and new initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR program coordination, or a related area
Experience supporting learning programs, leadership development initiatives, or competency models
Experience coordinating programs or projects from planning through implementation, including communications, scheduling, participant tracking, and follow-up
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Advanced English skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Previous work in a global, matrixed, or multi-site organization
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Hands-on use of learning platforms such as Coursera
Certification or training in facilitation, instructional design, coaching, project management, or change management is a plus
The salary range is 4100 EUR gross – 5000 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
