Role Description
Support the coordination and management of Learning & Development (L&D) programs to help advance organizational goals.
Manage program logistics, scheduling, communications, and cross-functional alignment to ensure programs are executed effectively and on time.
Partner with internal stakeholders—including L&D, trainers, business leaders, and support teams—to maintain cohesion, clarity of expectations, and consistent delivery of learning programs.
Track program milestones and progress, summarize updates, and escalate risks when necessary to maintain momentum and quality.
Analyze program data to identify trends, summarize findings, and recommend improvements that enhance effectiveness and learner experience.
Contribute to continuous improvement by gathering feedback, identifying gaps, and supporting the standardization of processes and tools.
Assist with program communications, including drafting participant messaging, preparing updates, and maintaining visibility across teams.
Participate in team activities to strengthen collaboration, alignment, and professional development.
Support change initiatives by aligning learning programs with evolving organizational needs and reinforcing the adoption of new systems, processes, or behaviors.

Other Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Program Management, Sales Enablement, Education, or related operational roles.
Ability to travel up to 10% for program delivery, stakeholder meetings, or company events.
Proficiency with LMS platforms, Microsoft Office applications, communication tools, and digital workspace platforms.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and commitment to organizational success.
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $57,200 - $85,800 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
