About the Role
The L&D Partner is responsible for managing training paths, certifications, and learning programs that support employee and partner development. This role ensures all learners receive the right training, mentorship, and support needed to succeed, while aligning with company strategy and partner requirements.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Education, L&D, Business, or related field.
3–5 years in L&D, training coordination, or LMS administration within an IT environment.
Experience with technical training and certifications.
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong skills in Excel, Microsoft Office, and LMS platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Project management and organization.
Knowledge of industry-standard certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.).
Customer service mindset with empathy and efficiency.
Can-do attitude, adaptable, and proactive.
Training & Certification Management
Design and maintain training paths aligned with company goals.
Create and update certification curricula for partners and internal teams.
Track certification renewals and expiration dates.
Learner Coordination
Identify training participants and ensure prerequisites are met.
Monitor learner progress and share regular reports with stakeholders.
Organize kick-off sessions and manage voucher allocation.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with Project Leaders, Practice teams, and the Partnership & Alliances team.
Coordinate hands-on training stages and mentorship assignments.
Promote learning events, webinars, and boot camps.
Mentorship & Recognition
Match learners with mentors and manage mentorship communications.
Design recognition programs for trainees and mentors.
Platform & Group Management
Manage Teams groups for learners and mentors.
Ensure access to partner portals and training platforms is maintained.
