⭐ How will you make an impact?
- You will own the L&D space, from needs analysis to design, delivery, and collecting feedback. You'll develop and execute L&D plans aligned with current people priorities, design and deliver training programs to specified audiences, manage our providers and tooling and own the administration.
- You'll be a credible partner to the business in all topics related to development and talent. By building strong relationships you'll ensure that our people initiatives support the business goals, and you'll support the talent management, and performance improvement projects to keep them integrated into business operations.
- You'll build research-based, engaging learning content across multiple formats, including live instructor-led sessions, virtual trainings, and self-paced learning modules, as well as internal knowledge base.
- You will continuously review and improve L&D processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency, learner experience, and scalability.
- In collaboration with People Ops Team you will develop, update, and implement policies that promote high performance and a positive work environment. You'll own the L&D policies and ensure that they are consistently maintained and communicated to employees.
- You'll convert learning data into insights by tracking and measuring the effectiveness of learning initiatives, skill coverage, and other relevant metrics.

- 2-3 years of experience in translating business needs into learning and development solutions.
- Confidence and experience in leading interactive workshops and virtual training sessions in English.
- Experience in building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify and operationalize complex topics to create engaging and research-backed learning experiences.
- Curiosity and innovative mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
