Job Description:

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and update learning modules and training materials to ensure content remains relevant
  • Manage and monitor training reporting and data tracking to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent  reporting for internal and regulatory purposes
  • Design visually engaging and creative learning naterials (presentation, flyers, and other assets) to enhance learner experience and content effectiveness
  • Coordinate training schedules and implementation activities to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of all learning initiatives
  • Prepare and maintain compliance-related reports and documentation to support audit requirements and regulatory standard
  • Material conversion to SCORM

Requirement :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or reporting/analytics roles.
  • Experience in developing training modules, managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), and preparing training reports is required.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, reporting dashboards) is an advantage.
  • Relevant certifications in L&D or training (if any) would be beneficial.
