Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Digital Learning & Program Development
- Design and develop digital learning programs, leveraging innovative technologies to enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create cutting-edge digital learning experiences.
- Manage and maintain digital content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Oversee and support the global eCornell and LinkedIn Learning programs.
Learning & Development Strategy & Facilitation
- Co-design and facilitate corporate training programs that align with global business objectives.
- Assist in facilitating the Global Leadership Program for Professional and Emerging leaders.
- Assist in delivering Brand & Culture Programs, Luxury Onboarding, and Reveal Talent sessions.
- Support the design and facilitation of operational training as needed.
- Oversee and mentor the Learning & Development Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives.
Compliance & Localization
- Oversee compliance training communication, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage local translations of learning and development programs to meet regional needs, collaborating with translation vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency and quality of translated content, maintaining brand and training integrity.
Facilitation & Leadership Criteria
The ideal candidate will be:
- An exceptional facilitator, communicator, and storyteller who captivates audiences.
- Highly self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable to diverse learning styles.
- Skilled in influencing across all levels of the organization without direct authority.
- Passionate about service excellence, open to innovation, and willing to challenge the status quo.
- Proven experience in facilitating training sessions both virtually and in person.
- Strong expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting tools.
- Experience in digital program design
- Experience Learning & Development within the hospitality industry (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field (asset).
- Project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
