We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver onboarding and continuous‑learning programs that empower our Warriors to master Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for healthcare, Agentic AI concepts, and our unique culture. You will be the first dedicated L&D hire, owning the full content lifecycle—from needs analysis through design, production, and measurement—while partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Compliance, and People teams.

• Build the onboarding experience—develop all onboarding materials (presentations, job aids, checklists) and lead live onboarding sessions, crafting bespoke tracks for Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams while ensuring day‑one confidence in Thoughtful AI’s mission, product, and culture.
• Design modular learning paths that deepen knowledge in healthcare RCM, agentic AI, and compliance best practices including certifications for required learning.
• Develop multimedia courseware (e‑learning, video, live workshops, micro‑learning) using standard LMS tools plus Canva, Notion, and Google Workspace.
• Configure & administer our LMS, establishing standards, learning journeys, reporting, and badging.
• Collaborate with SMEs (product, clinical, compliance) to translate complex domain expertise into engaging, outcomes‑based content.
• Measure program impact using Kirkpatrick/Phillips or similar frameworks; iterate based on data.
• Champion Warrior culture, weaving our values into every module and reinforcing them in live facilitation.
• Stay current on RCM regulations, HIPAA, and emerging AI governance to ensure content integrity.

• 5+ years designing, developing, and delivering learning programs in fast‑growing tech or healthcare settings.
• Demonstrated skill with at least one leading Learning Management System (e.g., Docebo, TalentLMS, LearnUpon, Moodle).
• Proficient in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or similar) and adult‑learning principles.
• Advanced user of Google Workspace, Notion, and Canva for content creation and collaboration.
• Track record of crafting blended curricula (self‑paced, ILT/VILT, micro‑learning, job aids).
• Strong project‑management chops; comfortable running multiple builds simultaneously.
• Engaging facilitator who can translate technical/clinical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Nice‑to‑Have: Experience with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, CMS), RCM operations, or AI/ML education.
