Job Summary
- The Learning and Development Intern will support the team in day-to-day operations, projects, and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in a professional work environment. This role provides an opportunity to develop practical skills, learn industry best practices, and contribute to departmental goals.
- Assist the Talent Development Team with daily tasks and projects.
- Support administrative and operational activities as needed.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files, documents, and records.
- Conduct research and gather information when required.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
- Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks.
- Submit work outputs within agreed timelines.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Education
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Education, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
- Open to voluntary and required internship
- Must render at least 600 to 900 hours
- Academic projects, leadership experience, organizational involvement, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities are considered an advantage.
- Knowledge and Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Willing to learn and take initiative.
- Able to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
Skills Required
