In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the coordination and deployment of internal training and development programs, including scheduling, communications, and follow-ups.
- Supporting logistics for both virtual and in-person sessions (e.g., room bookings, vendor coordination, quotations, purchase requests).
- Supporting HRDF (Human Resource Development Fund) grant applications., ensuring compliance and timely submissions
- Supporting the maintenance and updating of learning content in the Learning Management System (LMS). (Workday Learning).
- Uploading training completions to the LMS.
- Helping to send reminders and generate reports to track training usage, feedback, and effectiveness.
- Supporting data management and reporting to inform L&D insights and decision-making.
- Helping to maintain documentation on L&D processes.
- Providing support for L&D-related queries within the APAC region.
- Contributing to strengthening the learning culture across the organization by sharing ideas and participating in team initiatives.
We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following:
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms (such as Learning Management Systems, Microsoft 365—including Teams, Copilot, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Comfortable working with data and generating reports (Excel proficiency is a must).
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams as well as with external vendors.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Education & qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent
This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and learning opportunities in a supportive environment. You will be guided by experienced L&D professionals and encouraged to develop your skills in training coordination, digital tools, and cross-cultural collaboration.
