As an L&D Intern, you will play a key role in shaping the learning experience at our organization. This hands-on internship will expose you to various aspects of Learning & Development, from planning and executing training programs to managing our Learning Management System (LMS). If you have a passion for training, a creative mindset, and a strong sense of organization, this role is perfect for you!
What You Will Experience- Hands-on involvement in planning and organizing training sessions, projects, and onboarding programs.
- Exploring and recommending relevant training programs based on requests and skills gap analysis.
- Creating and designing engaging learning materials using Canva, Capcut, and Google Slides.
- Managing our Learning Management System (LMS), including LinkedIn Learning administration.
- Tracking training impact through feedback collection and analysis.
- Maintaining training records with up-to-date trackers and reports.
- Collaborating with various departments to identify and address upskilling needs.
Requirements

- Familiar with Google Suite, Canva, and basic design/video editing tools.
