You will also research L&D best practices in the luxury sector, assist with administrative project tasks (including invoice follow-ups), and support exciting talent initiatives.

  • Communication & Engagement: You will draft internal communications (emails, intranet articles) and help design creative, engaging marketing materials to promote upcoming learning opportunities.

  • HR Generalist Support (20-30% of your time): To ensure you get a complete, well-rounded view of HR, you will collaborate closely with our HR Generalists on day-to-day HR operational activities, onboarding/offboarding processes, and team projects.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US

By being yourself and showing your passion for people, continuous learning, and processes, while demonstrating great organizational and communication skills.
