As a Learning & Development Director on the People team in our London office, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how Taboolars grow, lead, and thrive. You’ll define and drive global L&D strategies that empower individuals, enable leadership at all levels, and strengthen our performance-first culture. Your work will span onboarding, manager enablement, career development, and more — impacting every stage of the employee journey.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, including 4+ in a strategic or leadership role
- Experience building and scaling L&D programs across global, matrixed organizations
- Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable learning initiatives
- Experience working with senior leaders and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Fluent English, with clear, confident communication — written and verbal
- Experience leading L&D in a fast-paced tech or digital environment
- Familiarity with DEI-focused or inclusive leadership development programs
- Own the global L&D strategy, from onboarding through leadership development
- Design and deliver scalable learning programs tailored to regional and functional needs
- Build toolkits and frameworks to support employee growth at every level
- Drive culture-forward learning initiatives that reinforce our values
- Partner with People Partners and business leaders to embed L&D into day-to-day operations
- Oversee vendor relationships, budgets, and project timelines to ensure smooth delivery
