Learning & Development Coordinator

Job Description Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Global L&D team in our KL office, supporting employees and leaders across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions. This role combines two key dimensions:

  • Acting as a center of expertise for our L&D team on the Learning Management System (Workday Learning) and L&D processes, helping to build documentation (HDIs, SOPs), support training coordinators, and provide guidance to employees.
  • Operational coordination of training programmes and reporting , ensuring smooth execution of learning activities, accurate reporting, and consistent coordination

Your work will help create a seamless learning experience for more than 3 thousands of employees worldwide, while giving you the chance to develop expertise in learning systems and global collaboration.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

Center of Expertise Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update learning content in the Learning Management System (Workday Learning).
  • Provide first-line LMS support to employees and training coordinators, including managing L&D tickets.
  • Help build and maintain documentation such as HDIs and SOPs to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Act as a point of contact for LMS-related queries and best practices.
  • Collaborate with training coordinators across regions to ensure consistency and alignment.

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the deployment of internal training programmes, including scheduling, communications, and follow-ups.
  • Manage logistics for virtual and in-person sessions (room bookings, vendor coordination, quotations, purchase requests).
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track training usage, feedback, and effectiveness.
  • Help analyze training data and generate insights to help improve learning programmes and support decision-making.
  • Coordinate and follow up on assessment centers (with the vendors and the internal stakeholders)
  • Support compliance processes (e.g., HRDC submissions) and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to strengthening the learning culture across the organization.

What we’re looking for

  • 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or training coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in working with systems and technologies, with a willingness to learn new tools.
  • Comfortable working with data and generating reports (Excel proficiency is essential).
  • Team player with good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience with Workday learning is an asset.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in learning coordination is essential.
