Learning & Development Coordinator

Overview of the Role:

As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting and coordinating learning initiatives across Flutter CEE. You’ll manage end-to-end L&D processes, from training requests and e-learning administration to skills management and learning data reporting. Working closely with employees, vendors, subject matter experts, procurement, and internal stakeholders, you’ll help ensure our people have access to effective, engaging, and relevant learning opportunities.
What you'll do:

• Coordinate and administer employee training requests, working closely with the Procurement team and external training providers.

• Manage and continuously improve the English learning platform for employees across Flutter CEE.

• Maintain accurate learning and training data and prepare regular monthly reports.

• Administer the e-learning system, including planning, coordinating, and reporting on mandatory training programs.

• Partner with subject matter experts to develop engaging and effective e-learning courses.

• Implement and administer the skills management platform, supporting its effective adoption and use.

• Coordinate logistics for internal and external training activities, ensuring a smooth experience for participants and stakeholders.

• Continuously review and improve L&D processes, systems, and ways of working to make them more efficient and effective.

• Support additional L&D initiatives and projects as required by the Head of Learning and Development and other relevant stakeholders.

Core Skills & Tools

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with learning and training data.

• Experience with e-learning and content creation tools such as Canva, Articulate 360, or similar platforms.

• Good understanding of Learning & Development processes and systems.

• Interest in and practical knowledge of AI tools and their application to L&D processes.

• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

What you'll bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

• Previous experience in Learning & Development, Training & Development, HR, or a similar role is an advantage.

• A genuine interest in learning, development, and creating effective employee learning experiences.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach to work.

• The ability to learn quickly, adapt to different processes, and work effectively in a changing environment.

• Confidence working with technology, data, digital learning platforms, and emerging AI tools.

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, subject matter experts, vendors, and employees.
