About the role:
As our Learning and Development Advisor you’ll support the Learning & Development function to build organisational capability, including developing employee and leader skills, knowledge and behaviours that will enable us to achieve our vision and strategic goals. It will see you playing a key role in assisting in the design, delivery and evaluation of learning programs, ensuring JCDecaux employees have access to relevant Learning and Development resources including targeted learning plans, and coordinating all L&D activities,.
A Day in the Life:
Whilst there’s no typical day in the dynamic world of media, you can expect your role to involve the following:
- Assist the Learning and Development Manager with the design of companywide and, where relevant, function specific JCDecaux learning and development programs (e-Learning, face-to-face programs and development resources)
- Take ownership of the skill build related to our Performance Management Processes and other specific core capability programs
- Own and manage learning content to drive access to learning resources eg curate content for our digital learning library, including articles, videos, development guides
- Design and manage e-learning content as required (Chameleon Creator)
- Proactively monitor the effectiveness of existing learning initiatives by managing and reviewing program evaluations. Identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage the internal marketing and communication of relevant L&D resources e.g available L&D programs, the L&D podcast, our Learning Hub including the digital learning library, development tools and guides, to ensure resources are known and accessible to employees
- Manage our L&D inventory, including L&D resources, external provider details and spreadsheets which track training activities and ongoing L&D spend vs. budget
- Provide first line support to employees regarding their learning and development needs and relevant solutions.
- Create, maintain and promote the annual calendar of face-to-face learning events
- Organise and provide logistics support for all internal and external learning and development activities, including course participant, vendor and venue management.
About You:
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in design, assessment and facilitation, including e-Learning design and creation. You’ll be a confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and high attention to detail. As well as:
- Experience working with LMS software (CrossKnowledge experience ideal but not essential) and learning content authoring tools (eg Chameleon Creator.)
- Experience in the design and facilitation of learning solutions
- Exceptional organisation and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing records
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Confidence using LMS platforms and eLearning design software
