Why you Should Join Us:

We are seeking a motivated Learning & Development Administrator who will support the delivery, coordination and administration of all training and development activities across the organization. He/she will manage training logistics, maintain learning systems, track compliance, and provide operational support to the L&D team – including HR reporting - to ensure employees have a seamless learning and development experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate L&D activities (schedule sessions, manage enrollments and coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual learning)
  • Track attendance, completions, certifications and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with external providers, manage bookings and process invoices
  • Organize workshops, onboarding sessions and development events
  • Maintain the LMS, upload content, troubleshoot issues, and generate system reports
  • Support evaluation of training effectiveness using surveys, feedback scores and performance indicators
  • Assist in producing reports on skill development, competence progress and capability gaps
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual L&D reports for HR leadership, including KPIs and insights
  • Identify process improvements and support new initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, L&D coordination or similar support roles
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and HR information systems; ability to manage data and run reports
  • Comfortable working with HR metrics, dashboards, and training data
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Knowledge of Power BI will be considered a plus

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to manage multiple training activities, deadlines, and stakeholders with efficiency
  • Clear, professional communication in Greek and English with employees, managers, and external vendors
  • Supportive, responsive, and solution‑oriented approach to employee queries
  • Flexibility to support new L&D initiatives, tools, and evolving organizational needs

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
