Healthcare Australia (HCA) is a major provider of healthcare services across Australia, including allied health, primary care, recruitment, NDIS, care services, and training.
In December 2024, we began providing health, mental health, and wellbeing services across the onshore Immigration Detention network. Our team of nurses, general practitioners, and allied health professionals offer a range of healthcare services, including health assessments, chronic disease management, health promotion, wound management, immunizations, and other primary health interventions. HCA also launched a 24/7 Virtual Care Centre (VCC), offering remote healthcare through telehealth and video consultations to enhance onsite care for detainees.
Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Learning Designer to join our HR team and create engaging, high-quality online learning content for our staff and clients.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with subject matter experts and authors to transform written content into interactive, effective e-learning experiences. You’ll also provide LMS support to learners and customers and help continuously improve our online learning products.
Day to Day!
- Design and develop engaging, interactive e-learning content and modules
- Work with subject matter experts to develop, maintain and update online courses
- Test and quality-check courses, ensuring content is accurate, functional and engaging
- Provide LMS and course support to internal and external customers
- Identify opportunities to improve learning products, processes and the overall customer experience
Lets talk about you!
You’ll have experience in digital learning and online content development, ideally within a healthcare or hospital setting, with exposure to clinical or medical systems, EMR/EMRS and medical records. You’ll have a strong understanding of Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite and LMS platforms, with excellent attention to detail, communication and time management skills. Experience with Salesforce and developing reference guides or training materials will also be highly regarded.
