We’re looking for a Learning Business Partner - a learning professional who can translate business challenges into creative, high-impact learning and performance solutions.
You’ll work closely with teams across R&D, Sales, and Support to identify needs, build learning programs and solutions, develop engaging learning experiences, and drive measurable growth.

As a Cognyter you will:
- Partner with business leaders to understand goals, challenges, and skill gaps - and turn them into actionable learning and enablement programs.
- Lead learning needs analysis, define clear KPIs, and develop end-to-end learning solutions, from onboarding to upskilling to performance support.
- Design and implement blended learning journeys using digital, live, and AI-based learning development tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality, relevant content.
- Manage learning projects with structure, clarity, and a bias for execution.
- Measure impact, analyze results, and continuously improve programs.
- Lead change and adoption of new learning and performance practices across global teams.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate complex, technical knowledge into engaging and accessible learning experiences.
For that mission you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
- Proven ability to design scalable learning programs that drive measurable performance, in global or matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of instructional design, digital learning, and AI-powered tools.
- Ability to translate complex business and technical needs into clear learning strategies.
- High technical orientation – ability and interest in learning and creating content on highly technical topics.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile mindset, curiosity, and passion for innovation.
- Degree in Education, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Experience in developing technical learning for R&D teams – a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Cornerstone LMS – an advantage.
- Fluent English – written and spoken.
