Job Description:
The Rev Cycle Org Learning Architect works in conjunction with the leadership team, operations management, executive stakeholders, and collaborates with fellow educators, subject matter experts, application team members, and vendors to develop, deliver, and optimize a portfolio of systems and service education and training programs.
Essential Functions
- Plans and tracks educational event logistics, performs instructional design, and contributes to project timelines.
- Conducts organizational education programs, facilitates events, collects feedback, and monitors training effectiveness.
- Contributes to process improvement cycles, applies methods to improve quality and reduce costs.
- Creates and maintains educational assets, interprets processes and workflows for training programs.
- Trains and credentials trainers, acts as a liaison, provides support during and after go-live, and identifies risks.
- Optimizes performance and facilitates change to support organizational goals while independently managing projects and coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Develops and fosters effective team interactions through open communication, modeling positive behaviors, and facilitating team functioning and problem-solving using knowledge of group dynamics.
- Seeks feedback and mentoring for personal improvement and collaborates with cross-departmental partners to ensure project deliverables meet business needs.

Qualifications

Required
- Demonstrated intermediate experience in developing, coordinating, and delivering education and training programs is required
- Demonstrates knowledge of and experience with computer software systems for documents, word processing, presentations, spreadsheets, and process flows.
- Demonstrated intermediate ability to apply adult learning methods
- Epic Certification and/or Certified Instructional Technologist (Mager Consortium) within 18 months of hire; costs associated with the certification will be covered by the organization upon receipt of a signed education agreement.
Preferred
- Epic Certification and/or Certified Instructional Technologist (Mager Consortium) preferred
- Demonstrated basic experience developing eLearning modules and screen-cast videos using authoring software.
- Demonstrated experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
- Demonstrated experience in a healthcare setting as a clinical or revenue subject matter expert.

- Verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.
- Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate supplies and equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.
- For roles requiring driving: Expected to drive a vehicle which requires sitting, seeing and reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$32.77 - $51.61
