Job Description:

🕒 Part-time role – 32 hours a week, Mon - Thurs
📍 Portsmouth

🔐 Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

What you’ll be doing

  • Be the first point of contact at the LDO Hub, welcoming learners and providing advice, guidance, and signposting to the right support services.
  • Support the administration and delivery of examinations, ensuring processes are followed accurately and in line with awarding body requirements.
  • Assist learners with funding applications and learning credit schemes, helping them access educational opportunities and development support.
  • Liaise with examination boards, learners, and colleagues to maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth and positive learner experience.
