Job Summary
The Learning and Knowledge Manager leads the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning strategies, partnering closely with corporate departments (including Operations, HR, Clinical, Finance, Compliance, IT, and other support functions) to assess capability gaps, design scalable learning solutions, oversee enterprise onboarding programs and strategic learning projects, and governs organizational knowledge assets, in order to support operational excellence, improve performance and standardization across the organization, and ensure employees have timely access to accurate, relevant, and effective learning resources.

Strategic Learning Leadership
- Develop and execute enterprise learning strategies aligned with organizational priorities, operational goals, and workforce capability needs.
- Partner with business leaders and corporate stakeholders to identify skill gaps, performance challenges, and development opportunities.
- Build scalable learning programs that support organizational growth, change initiatives, and operational transformation.
- Lead strategic learning project development from concept through implementation, including planning, stakeholder alignment, timelines, deployment, and measurement.
- Serve as an internal consultant to departments on learning strategy, capability building, and training effectiveness.
- Lead the full instructional design lifecycle for enterprise learning initiatives, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Design blended learning solutions including instructor-led training, e-learning, microlearning, virtual learning, job aids, SOP-based training, and performance support tools.
- Oversee training delivery for cross-functional corporate programs, ensuring consistency, engagement, and learner adoption.
- Ensure training content reflects operational workflows, compliance requirements, and organizational standards.
- Support facilitation and train-the-trainer initiatives as needed.
- Lead and continuously improve enterprise onboarding programs for corporate, operational, and support roles.
- Partner with leaders and HR to ensure onboarding experiences accelerate readiness, cultural integration, and role effectiveness.
- Standardize onboarding learning journeys, materials, role expectations, and knowledge transfer practices.
- Measure onboarding effectiveness and time-to-productivity outcomes.
- Establish governance for organizational knowledge assets, ensuring content accuracy, version control, accessibility, and ownership accountability.
- Maintain and optimize centralized knowledge repositories, SOP libraries, process documentation, FAQs, and support resources.
- Create sustainable processes for knowledge capture, updates, and cross-functional content management.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
- Manage multiple strategic learning initiatives simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and business deadlines.
- Build project plans, implementation timelines, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption frameworks.
- Coordinate with SMEs, department leaders, compliance teams, and operational partners to execute initiatives successfully.
- Support LMS administration, deployment logistics, learner tracking, and reporting.
- Define success metrics for learning programs, onboarding, and knowledge initiatives.
- Measure effectiveness through learner performance, adoption, knowledge retention, business KPIs, audit readiness, and operational outcomes.
- Use data insights to refine curriculum, delivery methods, and learning strategies.
- Demonstrate measurable business impact and return on learning investment.
