The LMS Data and Reporting Specialist is responsible for ensuring complete, accurate, and consistent capture of all Field Service Technician training activity within the Learning Management System. This role serves as the internal subject matter expert for LMS configuration, data quality, and reporting, supporting instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, web-based, and computer-based training. The role enables visibility into training effectiveness for Services Training teams and Services Leadership through reliable, measurable data.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary owner of Field Service Technician training data within the Learning Management System
  • Ensure all training modalities are accurately captured and tracked within the LMS
  • Own LMS configuration and setup for training requirements, curricula, and assignments
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert for LMS setup, configuration, and reporting
  • Generate standard and ad hoc LMS reports, including recurring weekly reports
  • Partner with Shared Services teams to develop bowler reports and Power BI dashboards
  • Establish, document, and enforce LMS-related processes to ensure data quality
  • Provide dotted-line process guidance to regional training coordinators
  • Proactively identify and resolve data quality gaps, risks, or compliance issues
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 - 6 years relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a self-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and process discipline
  • Experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System preferred
  • Experience working with training data, reporting, and analytics
  • Strong Excel proficiency required
  • Power BI experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting Field Service or Services organizations preferred
  • Global or multi-region exposure preferred
