You will lead efforts to create or enhance leadership development programs, improve the onboarding experience including our early career’s program, and design programs that drive employee growth and engagement across all levels and functions. By leveraging your expertise in ad tech and instructional design, you will ensure that Koddi’s employees have the skills and knowledge to thrive in our dynamic industry.
