Responsibilities

  • Assess training and development needs across the organization and propose adapted solutions to meet business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Create and implement training plans and curriculums for service center departments to support employee’s career pathing
  • Develop a yearly calendar to promote knowledge transfer and social learning across the organization via lunch and learns, co-development and group events.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of customized training programs tailored to the needs of individuals and departments.
  • Lead a team of instructional designers and provide one-on-coaching to enhance performance and career development
  • Design and lead the implementation of an effective LMS architecture, and ensure consistent reporting and data management
  • Collaborate with senior management and HR business partners to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with subject matter experts and external service providers
  • Manage the training and development budget and monitor the return on investment of training programs.
  • Foster an inclusive learning environment that respects cultural diversity and encourages collaboration
  • Keep up to date on best practices and use emerging technologies to develop innovative learning
    solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of proven experience in learning and development, with at least years in a managerial role
  • Knowledge of French and English is required given the global scope of the position
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management.
  • Strategic thinking and planning.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in LMS and other training technologies.
  • Ability to manage budgets and demonstrate ROI on training investments.
