As a Learning and Development (L&D) Lead at Integrant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. You will work closely with the HR team and department managers to identify training needs, develop training strategies, and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Implement Learning Strategies: Craft and execute company-wide learning programs and initiatives.
  • Training Needs Analysis & Learning Objectives: Conduct in-depth training needs analysis to identify skill gaps, and establish clear learning objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Design & Deliver Training Programs: Create and implement engaging e-learning courses, workshops, and career development plans.
  • Evaluate & Measure Success: Conduct assessments to ensure program effectiveness, gather feedback, and apply improvements.
  • Utilize Technology in Training: Leverage LMS and other e-learning platforms to enhance accessibility and track progress.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with managers and HR to align learning programs with organizational goals and address development needs.
  • Budget Management & Vendor Relations: Manage L&D budget, negotiate with vendors, and oversee training resources and contracts.
  • Mentorship & Career Development Support: Guide managers in developing their teams and assist employees with career pathing.
Requirements
    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
    • Experience in Learning and Development in Software Development industry.
    • Training & Design Expertise: Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, using instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
    • LMS & Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
    • Experience with Learning Aids: Demonstrated experience in using advanced learning aids, including experiential learning, gamification, simulations, and interactive learning tools to create engaging and effective training experiences.
    • Evaluation & Metrics Knowledge: Strong understanding of training evaluation techniques and metrics to measure effectiveness.
    • Technical & Analytical Skills: Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with robust analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
    • Certifications & Compliance: Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus. Knowledge of industry-specific compliance regulations and standards.
    • Project Management & Leadership: Experience in project management, strong leadership, and management skills to oversee team members and ensure project success.
