Hi, we’re TechnologyAdvice.

At TechnologyAdvice, we pride ourselves on helping B2B tech buyers manage the complexity and risk of the buying process. We are a trusted source of information for tech buyers, delivering advice and facilitating connections between our buyers and the world’s leading sellers of business technology.

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, we are a remote-first company with more than 20 digital publications and over 500 global team members in the US, UK, Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines. We’re proud to have been repeatedly recognized as one of America’s fastest growing private companies by Inc., as well as a Tennessee top workplace. We work hard each day and have fun, too, with monthly virtual events, recreational slack channels, and the occasional costumed dance from our CEO.

All positions are open to remote work unless otherwise specified in the requirements below.

The opportunity

Our Learning & Development (L&D) team helps employees across the company grow their skills, contribute meaningfully, and stay engaged through learning experiences that evolve with the business.

As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in building, delivering, and measuring the impact of our learning programs. You’ll combine instructional design expertise with data-driven analysis to ensure every initiative aligns with business goals and demonstrates clear ROI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating training from scratch, facilitating live sessions, and continuously improving programs to help people perform at their best.

Location: United States

What you'll do
  • Design and develop training programs across key skill areas (leadership, communication, onboarding, and soft skills), building materials from scratch using instructional design best practices.
  • Facilitate and coordinate live and virtual training sessions, managing scheduling, communications, and learner engagement.
  • Administer and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS), maintaining user records, course materials, and reporting dashboards.
  • Analyze program data — track participation, completion, and performance metrics to evaluate ROI and training effectiveness.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs, design scalable solutions, and align training strategy with business objectives.
  • Support key L&D initiatives, including mentorship programs, DiSC training, and onboarding.
  • Research new learning tools and trends to continuously improve training experiences and delivery methods.
Who you are
  • 1–3 years of experience developing and delivering corporate training content.
  • Proven experience with instructional design, including creating new programs and materials from scratch.
  • Experienced in LMS administration (e.g., WorkRamp or similar platforms).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and communicate ROI.
  • Comfortable facilitating interactive, live training sessions with distributed teams.
  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel; capable of analyzing data and identifying patterns.
  • Able to pivot quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Coachable, collaborative, and eager to grow.
  • Preferred experience running mentorship programs, leadership development, or behavioral assessments (DiSC).
What we offer you
  • Career Growth: Advance with mentorship programs, leadership academies, and opportunities to shape company culture and DEI initiatives.
  • Flex Fridays: Adjust your 40-hour week to enjoy a full or half day off on Fridays.
  • Remote-First Culture: Work from the comfort of your home.
