How you will make an impact:
The Learning and Development Administrator provides administrative support to the Learning and Development team. This role involves coordinating training programs, maintaining training records, assisting with the development of training materials, and ensuring the smooth running of L&D activities. The L&D Administrator works closely with various departments to support the organization's learning objectives.
- Schedule and organize training sessions (including New Employee Orientation (NEO)), workshops, and seminars for both new hires and current employees and maintain timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder commitments across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with new courses, user data, training records, and SOP updates.
- Ensure that all new hires complete their compliance training in a timely manner, and that compliance drives are completed promptly across the entire organization.
- Configure and troubleshoot LMS course, curriculum, and training object structures, including version control and completion issues, to ensure accurate transcript reporting.
- Maintain the accuracy and traceability of compliance training records in support of audit and quality requirements and resolve any data integrity concerns.
- Serve as main point of contact for the L&D inbox and maintain an up-to-date L&D training calendar.
- Provide excellent service and support as a point of contact for employees regarding training inquiries and issues, delivering proactive communication and resolution.
- Review training documentation for accuracy and completeness, flag gaps, and help maintain style across materials and internal communications.
- Manually enter training completion data into a custom tracking system accurately and consistently.
- Communicate training announcements, calendar invitations, registration instructions, session reminders, and follow-up emails as needed for both participants and facilitators.
- Book training venues, arrange logistics, ensure necessary training materials are available, and assist with setup and teardown as needed.
- Support Facilitators in hybrid sessions by monitoring and enhancing the classroom experience, especially for virtual participants, through managing the chat, breakout rooms, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Communicate with participants regarding training details and updates.
- Build and maintain LMS exception and compliance reports, including exception filter logic, to identify outstanding training requirements across the organization.
- Assist in the creation and formatting of training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
The skills and experience you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of previous experience in an administrative role, preferably with an emphasis in system administration.
- Proficient with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms; hands-on experience with Cornerstone preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

US BASE PAY SCALE $32.05 - $43.04/hr
