The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Learning and Adoption Lead to join our Security Change team. Reporting to the Change Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our people build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to successfully adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working across Gallagher Security.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll lead learning and adoption workstreams across transformation initiatives, partnering with project teams, subject matter experts, leaders, and change specialists to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that enable business success.
In this role you will:
Lead learning and adoption activities across business change, technology, and transformation initiatives.
Conduct learning needs analyses and design role-based learning pathways aligned to business outcomes.
Create engaging learning materials including guides, presentations, eLearning, videos, knowledge articles, in-application help, and support resources.
Plan and coordinate learning delivery, including training schedules, learner communications, resources and logistics, and facilitator readiness.
Deliver or support workshops, virtual learning, demonstrations, and guided practice sessions.
Prepare leaders, trainers, and change champions to reinforce learning and support adoption.
Measure learning effectiveness, readiness, confidence, and capability uplift.
Identify adoption risks and capability gaps, recommending targeted interventions and support.
Coordinate post go-live learning reinforcement, coaching, and knowledge transfer activities.
Ensure project-lead learning activities are successfully transferred to BAU ownership for long term benefits.
The Fit
You are an experienced learning and development professional who understands that successful change starts with helping people learn and grow. You have a strong background in instructional design, learning delivery, or capability development, and enjoy translating complex information into practical, engaging learning experiences.
You're collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced project environments where priorities evolve and stakeholder engagement is key.
You'll bring:
Experience in learning design, instructional design, training, digital learning, or a similar field.
Proven experience supporting business change, technology, system, or process transformation initiatives.
Strong learning needs analysis and learning programme design capabilities.
Experience creating a range of learning materials, including digital and instructor-led content.
Confidence facilitating training sessions and working with diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience leveraging digital learning and AI-enabled tools to enhance learning outcomes.
