In this role, you will support students to access equitable learning through tailored academic adjustments and supports.
You will collaborate with students and staff to design solutions that remove barriers and enable success.

What you will deliver:

  • Develop and implement Academic Adjustment Plans that enable equitable participation in learning and assessment.
  • Coordinate learning adjustments and tangible supports, including accessible formatting, assistive technology and Academic Support Workers.
  • Maintain accurate case records and service data in CRM and student systems, ensuring privacy and compliance.
  • Provide student consultations, outreach and case management, facilitating timely referrals to internal and external supports.
  • Build strong relationships with academic and professional staff to promote inclusive practice and resolve complex adjustment issues.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Hold a relevant qualification in health, disability, social welfare or a related human services discipline.
  • Bring experience delivering disability or equity services and applying relevant legislation in complex organisations.
  • Demonstrate skill in developing support plans, writing professional case notes and managing high-volume caseloads.
  • Use large databases, CRMs and student systems confidently to maintain accurate, timely and compliant records.
  • Communicate clearly and sensitively with students and staff, building constructive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Adapt positively to change, prioritise competing demands and contribute proactively to a collaborative team environment.
