We are looking for a Learner Success Manager for our B2B Didactics in the heart of buzzing Berlin! 

 

Changing how language learning is done is a great challenge, so we are looking for a Learner Success Manager to join our Berlin team starting as soon as possible. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams and support our workflows for Babbel for Business, specifically the success of our B2B learners. You will have a passion for languages and enjoy working in an energetic and pragmatic environment. With flawless communication skills, you will ensure our learners have a successful learning experience.

You Will:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align initiatives and optimize learner journeys, boosting retention through data-driven insights.
  • Deploy comprehensive onboarding experiences, ensuring every learner has access to personalized materials tailored for their success.
  • Create and improve resources that motivate learners while assessing their needs and sharing insights across teams.
  • Craft tailored learner journeys by analyzing engagement data to meet KPIs effectively.
  • Drive new initiatives based on the unique needs of learners, fostering engagement and motivation.
  • Utilize generative AI tools in your daily work, effectively engineering prompts to enhance learner engagement.
  • Be a self-starter and product expert, living and breathing the learning experience to effectively guide customers toward success.

You Bring:

  • Proficiency in Italian and English; French or German is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Customer Support, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Customer Success/CRM tools such as Vitally and HubSpot.
  • Strong editorial skills, including writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling.
  • Project management experience using tools like Jira and Asana.
  • A degree in a related field such as Education, Linguistics, Translation, or a similar discipline.
  • An energetic, growth mindset with a willingness to iterate on processes and enhance learner experiences.
