Ready to take a LEAP? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Manager – Product Master Data to play a key role in ensuring that product-related processes and data within the ERP system are accurately defined, designed, and developed. This role involves deep expertise in the company’s product lines, including understanding of lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance, to enhance product management, product data structure for MDM and for the ERP system, and enable reporting capabilities.
You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions:
- Product and material Data Management: Lead the strategy for managing comprehensive product data for the MDM and within the ERP system, including Bill of Materials, lifecycle stages, and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy & accessibility.
- ERP System for Product Management: Collaborate with business teams and ERP teams to identify what product management capabilities are needed within the ERP, design the processes and follow-up their development and implementation within the ERP.
- Regulatory Compliance Monitoring: Ensure product data within the ERP system complies with industry regulations and standards, implementing processes for regular updates and audits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, production, and marketing teams to ensure ERP product data supports cross-functional needs and initiatives.
- Data Quality and Governance: Establish with help from data teams, data governance policies and quality control measures for product data, ensuring ongoing integrity and compliance.

- Master's degree in engineering or business school
- Required 6-8 years of experience.
- Experience in consumer goods industry.
- Extensive experience in data management.
- SAP Savvy is a nice to have.
- English is mandatory. French and Spanish appreciated but not mandatory.
