As a Lean Supply Chain VP in Infrastructure Platforms Supply Chain team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You are trusted to enable the stable, scalable delivery of products. You will ensure high-quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and the implementation of key solutions and efficiencies.
Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and vendors to optimize supply chain operations and streamline procurement processes, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
- Analyze existing processes and develop innovative strategies to improve efficiency and maximize cost-effectiveness.
- Deliver exceptional products, serving as a pivotal leader to ensure superior quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and the implementation of key solutions and efficiencies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Demonstrate 5+ years of experience leading and guiding team members within a lean culture.
- Exhibit resilience and adaptability to navigate continuous change in a dynamic, large-scale organizational environment.
- Possess a strong understanding of global supply chain management and the ability to analyze processes to identify and implement improvements.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to enable strong collaboration with global teams.
