Job Description:
Actively participates in the implementation and communication of the Lean / Kaizen culture in all areas of the company (AOS). Collaborates with Managers, technologists, coordinators and shift heads to identify process losses, project planning and based continuous improvement workshops on the Lean / Kaizen philosophy. Support in the management and coordination of various Lean / Kaizen projects, sub-projects and workshops, preparing their implementation in accordance with available planning tools and resources. Follows the implementation of the actions resulting from the Lean / Kaizen workshops Supports the introduction of new products and processes in production and administration by using Lean / Kaizen principles and methods. Support the planning, preparation and support of internal Lean / Kaizen courses. Actively participates in the standardization and documentation of Lean department activities by establishing internal procedures and work instructions (implementation plan, responsibilities, deadlines and methods of record keeping and control). Create promotional materials (brochures, posters and flyers). Organize and lead Lean/Kaizen events. Apply specific standard methods according to the Lean / Kaizen concept in daily activities. Ensures the appearance of Lean News according to company-agreed goals.
