DUTIES:
- Assists in planning Lean events including developing participant lists, schedule events and plan logistics.
- Participates in defining metrics required for the lean event.
- Trains participants to collect metrics and develops metrics reporting format.
- Assists in facilitation of Lean Kaizen events including acting as group facilitator.
- Support Kaizen Owner to implement action items.
- Creates and maintains SharePoint site.
- Trains and supports: Standard Work, 5S plans, Action plans.
- Ensures that process flow diagrams are recorded in Visio, validated, and added to SharePoint.
- Provides support for 5S training activities in the Plant.
- Assist with special reviews, projects or acquisitions as assigned or as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience in various roles.
- A minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Excel utilizing chart and graphic capability.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with highly detailed information.
- Strong systems aptitude.
- Experience supporting Lean and Kaizen training.
