Leads Verification Specialist

We’re an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back-office services. As a Leads Verification Specialist, your role is integral in connecting organizations that are in need of goods/services that invite other parties who could provide the goods/services they need.
As a Leads Verification Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that you accurately translate the invites according to the stated description of goods/services an organization needs. Our goal is to help businesses across Australia and New Zealand succeed through tendering.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLEAs a Leads Verification Specialist, you’ll primarily be responsible for translating the invites via tendering in accordance with a specific template and must accomplish the required fields accurately. Data entry must strictly follow the guidelines based on the type of market the invite is going to be published for.
You are also responsible in ensuring to zero out all postings in the portals/sites as they have critical time margin to be attended and completed.
Your day could see you:
Check provided portals or sites for new postings / ensure no new postings are missed.
Ensure trackers are up to date from time to time
Work diligently to meet daily/weekly/monthly as prescribed to meet monthly conversion and volume targets.
Direct any other queries to the relevant department/person.
Always represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
A BIT ABOUT YOUExcellent communicator in English language (written and spoken).
Knowledgeable about contact center operations and metrics preferably in Australian lines of business
Must, at least, have finished high school.
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft office applications skills
Helpful, patient and friendly attitude with a drive to take on new challenges and learn.
Possesses excellent attention details and good in multi-tasking.
Open to working in shifting schedules.
