About the Role
Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) supports chefs, restaurants, hotels, and food operators with trusted brands and culinary expertise. The Leads Management Marketing Executive drives customer acquisition by managing and optimizing the full lead lifecycle — from generation to conversion — ensuring operators receive timely, relevant engagement that moves them toward becoming active UFS customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize inbound/outbound leads from digital campaigns, events, sampling programs, and partnerships
Qualify leads based on operator type, business size, cuisine, and purchase potential
Develop automated and personalized nurturing journeys across different platforms and sources from both online and offline
Maintain accurate CRM data, ensuring proper tagging, segmentation, and lead hygiene
Collaborate with Sales and Culinary teams to ensure smooth lead handover and effective follow-up
Track funnel performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead volume, quality, and conversion
Recommend improvements to lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or lead management (FMCG or foodservice experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of digital funnels, customer journeys, and marketing automation
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in foodservice, hospitality, or FMCG
Knowledge of operator segments (restaurants, karinderyas, hotels, catering, QSRs)
Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and conversion optimization
