The essentials

  • An understanding of the sample preparation process or experience with ALS systems

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

  • Ability to lead, supervise and instruct team members

  • Be flexible and able to multitask

  • Availability to work rotating shifts

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

  • A strong commitment to safety and client service

  • Excellent attention to detail

This is a challenging role, and although safety and quality of work must be maintained, the ability to work at a pace that suits the demands of the position is essential.
