We are on the hunt for a Leading Hand to join our award-winning team located at our Kerry Road facility.
As a Leading Hand, you will:
- Provide active and visible leadership to employees to improve performance
- Train and develop team members, including coaching and mentoring
- Work with the scheduler and foreman to plan and prioritise work to the highest efficiency
- Ensure team members receive clear and concise instruction on their assigned tasks
- Ensure milestones are communicated and updated as required
- Proactively identify job quality and efficiency risks
- Manage and report defects and unsatisfactory practices to help promote quality and continuous improvement
- Ensure adverse environment impacts are identified and sustainability measures implemented as per Company policies and procedures
- Ensure apprentices obtain on the job feedback and opportunities to achieve competencies in an acceptable timeframe via on-the-job training.

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Relevant Trade qualification
- Adherence to safe work practices, policies and procedures
- Commitment to a No Harm Environment
- Working both in a team and autonomously, in varied environments
- Computer literate
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + D&A Screening
