As one of two Leading Hands in our Dunedin branch, you will provide leadership and support to your team of heavy diesel technicians, predominantly working in field service and onsite at Macraes Mine.   You will be responsible for ensuring work efficiency, productivity and quality, safety, coaching and mentoring, warranty claims and associated administrative work. You will also undertake your own on tools work and complete jobs alongside your leadership responsibilities.  
The Dunedin branch covers the Otago region and supports operations at Macraes Mine. Work at, and direct interaction and liaison with, OGL is part of this role.  

We are seeking:

• A qualified and experienced heavy diesel technician

• 2+ years’ experience in our industry

• An understanding of operational processes and systems

• Experience leading, mentoring and coaching a team Is preferred but not essential

This role requires you to work closely with other Terra staff to ensure our customers have a great experience every time, so top-notch communication and organisational skills are essential.
